With over 25 years of hands-on experience, Robert’s career spans notable tenures at Identity Services in Sonoma County, Communication Arts in Boulder, and Scott Architectural Graphics back in Sonoma County upon his return to Santa Rosa in 2011.

Robert’s extensive background in the industry laid the foundation for a business that isn’t just about creating signs and graphics—it’s about crafting experiences. Before establishing Eastman Signs and Printing, Robert successfully ran Eastman Graphics for several years in Boulder, CO, proving his commitment to excellence and creating the building blocks to move himself and the company to the Golden State. His expertise, refined over decades, drives every project we undertake, ensuring that every detail reflects a legacy of quality and innovation.

 

Family, Legacy, and Long-Term Partnerships

At the heart of our business is a strong family bond. Robert’s wife, Kate, and their two children—Ashley and Beck—are integral to our story. Having all spent times helping Robert with projects and late-night deadline rushes. When Eastman Graphics returned to California one of the first projects was with Sonoma County’s own Oliver’s Market, a partnership that has flourished for over 12 years. This enduring relationship exemplifies our dedication to building lasting connections within our community.

As time passed, Beck’s natural interest in his father’s work blossomed into a vital role. Now at the helm of our marketing and sales team, Beck ensures that the company’s vision is not only maintained but evolved. This full-circle transition from a father’s dream to a son’s passion has transformed our enterprise into a vibrant family-run business with ever-expanding goals.

Embracing change and innovation, we recently rebranded from Eastman Graphics to Eastman Signs and Printing. This new identity reflects our fresh mindset and commitment to serving both local and regional communities.
